No hot food in cafe? I phoned Tuesday to check there is a cafe and was told yes but the kitchen will be closed Tuesday, will it be open Wednesday I asked? Yes definitely it will. Good, I arranged to meet a colleague there on Wednesday for lunch. I arrived, the kitchen was shut. I was chatting to a regular customer and she said the kitchen is often shut. Why was I told the kitchen would be open and it wasn’t? Are there not enough staff hours?? Disappointed.

Ever since iv started using the Oxford coach services for Gatwick & Heathrow airports, I find myself spending alot of time by marlow Hill handycross. And of course waitrose is right by the stop. First off the store is clean, tidy and a nice plush environment to shop in. Friendly staff, quiet location. But the food prices are a bit on the expensive side. And not all Isles are fully stocked with the few times iv gone inside. Nice cafe and food options though

Always Waitrose lovely. But. As a National Trust/Which? member too (an indication of my middle class dullness),I was horrified, shocked, disturbed, deprived, disappointed and emotionally reactive on the Saturday evening tonight prior to Christmas. Why? See below........NO STOCK OF AVOCADO OIL on the shelves! I BIGLY weep and am at a LOSS as to how I can manage to journey through the Christmas Season without the seasoning. It really would oil the works at a difficult time. I must rest. In order to cope.
